Help with the ReadGo app and the waitlist

Write to hello@readgo.app and we will reply by email. If something went wrong in the app, it helps to say what you were doing, which kind of file you were reading (EPUB, PDF, text or a scan), and your iPhone model.

The beta

ReadGo is in private beta on iPhone and is not on the App Store yet. Beta invitations go out in small batches through TestFlight to people on the waitlist. Join the waitlist to get one.

Android

The Android version is in development. Choose Android when you join the waitlist and we will let you know when it is available.

Leaving the waitlist

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from us, or write to the address above and we will remove you.

Your data in the app

Your books, scans and reading history are stored on your phone. Settings → Delete all my data removes them. See the privacy policy for details.
